About Brains Brewery:

Brains is a local brewery that is known for its beer which was started in the year 1882. It was founded by Samuel Arthur Brain in Cardiff, Wales. The company has more than 250 pubs in Mid Wales, Cardiff and West Country areas. The brands of beer they sell include Brains Dark, Brains Bitter, SA Gold, Brains IPA, Brains Black and many more. Brains acquired many other brands like Buckley’s in 1998, Hancock in 1999 and many more. The brewery also sells seasonal beers like Bread of Heavens, St David’s Ale, Taff End to name some. The main brewery is in Cardiff. It also sponsors the Wales National Rugby Team.

Rules and Eligibility of the Brains Brewery Customer Satisfaction Survey:

The participant of the survey must be a legal citizen of the United Kingdom and must be at least 18 years or more.
A recent visit to the Brains Pub is required to answer the survey and a recent receipt will be helpful.
The employees, officers, staff or any of their family members are not eligible to participate in the survey.
The feedback must be completed within a limited time period.
The survey will be applicable to the participating outlets only.

How to Take Brains Feedback Survey:

Keep the recent receipt of the outlet in handy if its available.
Open the browser and visit the website uk.feeditback.com/brains

Select whether you have a code or you want to search for a venue.
After clicking on the code option, on the next page provide the code as printed on the receipt in the field provided and click on Submit.
If you choose to search for the venue, you can either locate a nearby outlet using GPS or choose one from the list provided.
Select the area and the locality of the outlet.
On the landing page enter the date of the visit from the calendar provided.
Select the time of the day of your visit from the drop downs.
Choose the type of order made at the outlet during the visit and click on next.
In the following page rate the quality of the foods and drinks, the efficiency of the service, the cleanliness of the outlets and the behavior of the staff.
Give your valuable feedback regarding the experience in the comment boxes provided and click on next.
On the final page, tick the box to receive future promotions and offers in the outlets.
Provide your personal details such as name, phone number, email address and the complete postal address in the fields provided and click on submit.
