EMSAR also provides medical equipment and repairs, vacuum pumps and provides technical support and customer care center.

The services are provided by expert technicians and covering almost most of the country including some parts of Canada. The technology used are latest and cutting edge with precision and accurate.

Eligibility and Rules for the EMSAR Customer Satisfaction Survey:

  • The participant must be a legal citizen of the United States and Canada and must be at least 18 years of age or more.
  • The participant must have availed a product or service from the company recently.
  • No gift or reward will be awarded after taking the survey.
  • The survey must be completed successfully to submit the feedback.

  • Enter the technician name who provided the services if remembered in the box provided.
  • Select whether you’re a service user or the manufacturer of the product.

  • Rate according to the likelihood of a recommendation of the services to a friend or a relative.
  • Select the appropriate choice regarding the satisfaction of the products and services provided by the company.
  • In the following questions, you will be asked regarding the quality of the products, the behavior of the staff and overall satisfaction.
  • Answer all the questions honestly and correctly as it will help in the improvement in future.
  • Give your feedback in the comment box provided.
  • In the final column provide your personal details such as name, company name, email Id and phone number and click on next.
