Schumacher Text Messages Class action Settlement Prize:
The Court did not decide in favor of the plaintiffs or defendant. Each class member who submits a valid and timely claim form will receive a settlement award.
- Defendants will pay up to $5,000,000.
- Each class member will receive One Hundred and Eighty Dollars and Zero Cents ($180.00) per text message
Schumacher Text Messages Class action Settlement Prize:
- Settlement prize is limited per household
- Settlement prize may be less as after administration Costs, Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses, and Service Award, the remaining amount will be distributed among the class members.
- Settlement Class Claimants will be sent their Claim Settlement Payments to the address they submitted on their Claim Form within 60 days following the Effective Date.
